
Step one
Plug the iPad into electricity. The battery runs faster than you expect, if it encounter black screen, it indicates it may use up the electricity. Do not turn on your iPad until you charge it at least 20 minutes.
Step Two
Press both the "Sleep/ Wake" and "Home" buttons at the same time for 10 seconds to reset your iPad. Wait for the Apple logo, it will go back to the normal operation if it appears in the middle of the screen.
Step three
Ask for Apple technical support. You can choose to send it for repair by the company if its warranty is still valid. Please check the nearby after-sales service locations by searching Apple official website and consult them for a proper solution.
