An American user compares USPS to the turtle delivery

The Chinese online shoppers are proud of the on time delivery in comparison to the abroad courier service. It is neither the cheapest prices nor the best quality to shop online in China. However, it is guaranteed by its delivery, including the extra welfare to deliver to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai for free. Over the Pacific ocean,  the American friends are annoyed by their express delivery service there. An user reported that it took 8 days from the sender to the receiver by USPS. He could not help to write a compliant as below:

"I spent 110 dollars to send an urgent post and only to find it took 8 days to deliver my parcel from San Francisco downtown to the San Francisco Airport. It is only 14.8 miles between two places. A turtle can crawl there with 4 days as I have checked. For example, a Box Turtle can move 0.17 mile per hour, therefore it will take 87 hours from Rincon Center post office to the cargo terminal of San Francisco Airport. I am curious how the USPS took 179 hours with the same distance."

"What is more, I had to wait for a long queue to deal with this service in the post office. I dont need to waste much time for waiting if I bought a turtle to deliver this parcel. Then it could deliver it to the airport by using just half the time."

"Can i ask for a refund ? or Can you refund a portion fee? It is acceptable if you refund me a box of turtle feed. May I?"
