It reports that Google will takeover development platform Divshot and it
will be integrated to its subsidary iCloud service company Firebase. Divshot
senior manager has confirmed the mentioned news through Firebase. In the
meanwhile, it announced that Divshot service will be officially closed down on
December 14, 2015.
"Look into the future, our team will make all concerted efforts to help
Firebase Hosting to provide better experience for publishers", said Michael
Bleigh, the engineer of Divshot.
Soon after this announcement, Divshot will make instructive documents of
guiding the existing users to move to Firebase. In addition, Divshot announced
Firebase's Command Line Interface for its users as well. Such interface offers
inconvenience for the developers to use its local Superstatic database.
According to previous reports, Divshot has received venture capital at $1.8
million from some investors. There will be more measures executed to finish
