Oracle announces to acquire Palerra

Oracle held a VIP client meeting in San Francisco this week and announced to acquire Palerra. Palerra is an cloud security startup which established by Rohit Gupta( Oracle CEO )and Ganesh Kirti（Oracle CTO).

Palerra was established in 2013 and named as Apprity before. It raised $ 25 million venture investment from Norwest Venture Partners and August Capital.
